How to use the Shampoo & Conditioner bar?

Use it like any bar soap, get it wet and work in to a lather in your hands and then apply to hair, repeat as needed.

How long do the products last? 

The shelf life depends on the product because they do not include harsh chemicals, artificial coloring or artificial fragrance. 

How do I store the Protein Hair Mask?

Protein Hair Mask is good for 2-6 washes in 1-3 months. Depending on hair thickness, hair length and size of mask at time off purchase . It must be stored in the refrigerator as soon as the product is received. Expiration 4-8 weeks

How does the Raw African Black Shampoo & Shampoo Conditioner bar feel?

We use all natural ingredients along with essential oils. The bars feel like any other bar soap.  The bar  will produce a foamy lather that spreads well and rinses out easily. Each bar is infused with Peppermint Oil, you might feel a cool tingling sensation on the scalp. Our bars will leave your hair feeling clean and refreshed. Please be advised that using an all natural product varies from person to person. It may take some time for the body to adjust to the natural ingredients unlike commercial brand products. Do not get discouraged! 

Will the shampoo and conditioner bar work if I have hard water?

To receive best results. It is recommended you have a water softener or a shower head that filters out minerals in hard water.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We do not want you to wait to receive your order. Our shipping carriers are UPS & FEDEX. Depending on your location you can receive your package 1-5 days.

What if I am allergic to the ingredients?
